Cyanotype is an old photographic process. Through this process the pictures translate into blue and white. In this project, the original images of everyday life are portrayed with the lightness of cyanotype and Washi paper.
Photography, under the weightless paper and monochromatic pictures, is an endless letter and has to be written with one singular color. This book is not only a letter to someone, but also a letter to photography.
Why don't you wear white t-shirt anymore? is the photo book that contains a series of cyanotype photographs printed on handmade paper. The photographs are first printed on Washi and handmade cotton paper with cyanotype process, and later transformed into Riso prints as book pages.
